BARRY Athletic Cricket Club will be delivering All Stars Cricket Sessions at their club on Barry Island for five to eight-year-olds.

All Stars is a new initiative from the England and Wales Cricket Board aimed at providing children aged five to eight with a great first experience in cricket.

The programme is being delivered across England and Wales at more than 1,500 fully accredited All Stars Cricket centres.

It is a fun and active way to develop your child’s skills, and through the eight week programme they will learn lots of new skills as well as make new friends in a safe and inclusive environment.

To register your child for the All Stars scheme please visit allstarscricket.co.uk

Every child that registers for All Stars Cricket will receive a personalised t-shirt, bat, ball, water bottle, cap and backpack and eight weeks of sessions taking place at Barry Athletic Cricket Club.

All this for £40 and an opportunity to continue playing with Barry Athletic Cricket Youth Section when the All Stars scheme finishes.

Barry Athletic in partnership with Cadwaladers café, Barry Island, are running two registration sign-up nights where you can meet the youth coordinator and trained activators who will be able to sign your child up to All Stars and provide a free tea or coffee and cake.

The registration sign-up nights will be taking place on Tuesday, May 2 and Tuesday, May 9, from 7.30pm to 8.30pm at the Cadwaladers café.
