Causing a big stink
LAST Sunday (February 26) was the second Sunday running that the bin at Redbrink Crescent/Friars Road green has been overflowing with rubbish – and it’s not that busy on Barry Island yet.
I wonder if it would it help if the bin had a bottom in it?
