THE Vale Council recently notified us of changing the rubbish collection from Tuesdays to Wednesdays.
We duly complied – as did a dozen or so other residents in our area. Fifty four hours later (Friday 2pm), and despite several phone calls to the council refuse department, we are still waiting for the black bags to be collected.
