THE new Barry and District Astronomical Society is now up and running.
We will be meeting every fortnight from August on a Monday evening at the Barry Island Community Centre, Friars Road, Barry, CF62 5TR.
We intend to concentrate on observing and showing beginners how to enjoy astronomy.
