ADVERTISED at Ffordd y Millenium Barry waterfront is a plot of land of 100 acres for sale in an area that is being rapidly developed in housing and commerce, where everybody welcomes development.
Located in the vicinity within walking distance of this plot are schools, train stations to Cardiff, shops a leisure centre, the main shopping street of Barry, even the beach.
Wouldn’t it be fairer on a new community to locate them next to all these amenities, where they wouldn’t be reliant on cars, than in Sully where they add to the already over crowded roads to reach Barry.
In terms of vehicle omissions, pollution, lack of amenities, schools, transport, leisure, there’s no benefit to being in Sully.
