MAY I respond to an article where Alun Cairns gave his reasons for voting for the cut to the ESA, I have to say that he is way out on his reasoning.

The government is looking to cut £30 a week from the ESA benefit for new claimants whom the Department of Works say will be capable of work in the future.

This benefit is for people whom will probably never work due to their disabilities now the government want to chop £30 a week from them, this is disgraceful.

Mr Cairns also mentions the new PIP system and he states that those with the highest care needs and mobility support receive more than the previous system which was DLA, what a load of rubbish.

Mr Cairns for your information I have a grandson whom has a severe brain injury, he cannot dress himself, needs help to bathe and shower, requires assistance for the toilet, cannot carry out a normal conversation, is unaware of danger, cannot walk for long distances.

We claimed the old DLA for him and he was given an award which we were told would be for life.

However when you Tories returned to power you as per normal moved the goalposts, and the new PIP system has taken over £900 a year from him, you should all hang your heads in shame, you are a disgrace to all the people who are losing benefits because of your cuts.

Any cuts should start at the top beginning with you MPs.

You yourself claimed in 2014/15 over £190,000 in expenses, plus you have received at least a 12 per cent pay rise and you have the gall to chop money from those that need it most.

You should all hang your heads in shame every one of you, you are a disgrace to the people of this country.

Governments are elected to serve and protect the people yet you lot just serve and protect yourselves.

The good people of this country are getting really fed up with you lot looking after yourselves while kicking the people into the gutter.

As I understand you have now been promoted to Welsh Secretary I have no doubt this brings a massive pay rise, but a generous expense account, all I can say is God help the people of Wales.
