WELL now the clowns on the Vale council are looking to ration the food waste bags to save £100,000. Just where are the brains located with these councillors?
If the council wants the people of the Vale to recycle then they have a duty of care to provide us with the tools to do so. What on earth are we paying all this council tax for?
First it was a plan to turn off street lighting now its picking on recycling. So when it comes to saving money the environment takes second place, the councillor for the environment Rob Curtis should hang his head in shame and resign. And with reference to putting a charge on these bags if we run out, I can tell this council now, I for one will not pay this council one single penny for more bags I would rather throw my money in the bin, than put it in the council coffers.
If the council want to save £100,000 get rid of the CEO, or the council leader and his deputy. The Vale Council circus just rolls on, the sooner we dump this lot the better.
