HAVING just received a briefing, I am really excited about the regeneration proposals for the Upper Holton Road area in Barry.
It means the future is bright for the area with monies being spent on refurbishing the properties to an exciting standard with a mixture of both living and commercial uses.
In the meantime, I have requested that the Vale Council repairs the broken paving slabs in the area. The regeneration project will take three years to complete and will make a world of difference to the Bassett area of the town.
