I WOULD like to ask a question of the Vale of Glamorgan council under the auspices of the paper.
These past three months has seen 30 large rolls of Astroturf, a small but limited use, a reinforced concrete garden shed dismantled by a building contractor (no doubt at great expense to the house owner).
Instead of being disposed of in a responsible manner both have been dumped at Brynhill Golf Course.
The question; does Brynhill Golf Club have a waste disposal licence?
