CONCERNING the proposed new housing development on part on Brynhill Golf Club land, my guess is that most of the opposition is from residents along side or very close to the course. I can understand that they are upset that they will lose their nice views, however, may I remind them that the land on which their houses now stand was someone’s beautiful view a few years ago.
I understand that the land belongs to the club, if they want to sell it for whatever reason for a developer to build badly needed housing, then that should be up to them.
By the way, I am not a member of any golf club, just a lifelong resident of Barry.
