SO the Vale Council has now bought an all-singing all-dancing Skoda to replace the mayor’s Jaguar that was written off in a supermarket car park back in September.
The Jaguar, which was in excellent condition, had to be disposed of after hitting a bollard at Morrison’s car park in Barry. However, we the taxpayers who paid for it are still being kept in the dark as to how this actually happened.
If I remember rightly the ruling Labour group promised to be open and transparent prior to the last council elections, so why can’t they tell us? Councillor Robert Bertin Independent Barry Town Council
