DUE to the commencement of work on Terminal buildings in Wood Street, Cardiff, there will be a number of alterations to bus services in Central Station and Wood Street from Friday, January 11, until further notice.

Services affected will include 8 / 9 / 9a, 92 / 93 / 94 and 95. Alternative stops will be provided as follows: Service 8 to Cardiff Bay Service 9/9A towards Channel View and Sports Village Buses will serve all existing stops as far as Kingsway (Hilton Hotel). The next stop will be Castle Street, then Westgate Street (rear of Royal Hotel) and then Tudor Street. Timetables remain unchanged, and services operating towards Heath Hospital will continue to serve the St Davids House side of Wood Street as normal.

Services 92/93/94 to Penarth, Dinas Powys, Sully and Barry During the day, Monday to Saturday, buses will continue to depart from Westgate Street (opposite Millenium Stadium) with the next stop at Tudor Street. Evening and Sunday journeys will start from Stand C2 in Central Bus Station. Timetables remain unchanged, and buses arriving from Penarth will continue to drop off on the St Davids House side of Wood Street as normal.

Service 95 to Barry Island Buses will start at stand C2 in Central Bus Station. Timetables remain unchanged.
