A MAN suffering smoke inhalation was rescued from a Barry flat after a kitchen fire was reported in the early hours of the morning. (Friday, October 7).
Two fire crews rescued the man from his bed at the Gibbonsdown home after forcing entry into the property to search for occupants just after 2.30am.
A South Wales Fire and Rescue, spokeswoman said: “The fire was extinguished within 30mins and involved unattended cooking in a kitchen.”
