IF you suffer from asthma or have recently been diagnosed or care for someone with the condition there is a Health Topic Session run by Age Connect Cardiff and Vale.
They will hold the session at The Senior Health Shop, 38 Holton Road, Barry on Tuesday, December 2, at 10am until noon.
Asthma Cymru Health Care Professional will be available to have a chat on what practical and emotional support is available. There will be easy to read material and no appointment is needed.
