TREE PLANTING: Jane Hutt AM with Heather Stevens from the Waterloo Foundation
VALE AM Jane Hutt joined Hannah Fitt of the Safe Foundation and friends on Sunday, November 16, for a tree planting ceremony on Merthyr Dyfan Road, Gibbonsdown, in memory of Hannah’s sister Lucy Dickensen from Barry, who died two years ago in a road accident in Zambia.
Jane said: “Lucy was a wonderful and inspiring person who set up the SAFE Foundation in 2006 to tackle poverty locally and globally. This will be a beautiful, lasting memory of Lucy.”
