THE players, officials and supporters of Barry Town United and Undy Athletic paid their respects to the fallen at the weekend, as part of Remembrance Week.
Barry captain James Saddler and secretary David Cole laid a wreath in the centre circle before the sides' Welsh Cup encounter; while a minute's silence was also observed spotlessly by the crowd at Jenner Park.
A total of over £130 was raised for the Royal British Legion's Poppy Appeal, by way of programme sales and a collection held during the match.
