VALE MP Alun Cairns welcomed a coach tour of constituents from Barry to Parliament last week.
The group met with Mr Cairns in one of Westminster’s prestigious grand committee rooms before being taken on a tour of the Houses of Parliament.
During the group discussions, Alun shared some of his experiences of being a Member of Parliament with examples of light humorous anecdotes.
Mr Cairns said: “It is always a pleasure to welcome Vale of Glamorgan residents to the House of Commons. If any resident is interested in joining me on a tour, they should contact my Barry office.
“It is a privilege to work in such a historically important building and I am always proud to welcome residents to Westminster.”
