THE Age Connects Cardiff and Vale Senior Health Shop, in Holton Road, will run two information sessions on Tuesday, February 14.
Running from 9.30am until 11.30am will be a free welfare rights service for people wanting advice on pension credit, attendance allowance, housing benefit or disability living allowance (excluding private pension).
The session will help people with any of these issues and can help with form filling.
Pre-appointments can be made or just turn up on the day.
Home visits can be arranged by calling 01446 732385.
Also being held between 10am and noon will be an information session for the Voluntary Emergency Transport Services (VEST).
The group operate various door to door services, including Saturday shopping to various place.
During the session you'll be able to find out more about the service and even register with VEST.
