CHRISTMAS is coming, so why not celebrate with a festive meal at Barry College’s gourmet restaurant, the Glamorgan Suite?

The three-course lunch or five-course dinner comes in at recession-busting prices, so a slap-up festive feed not necessarily hit the pocket.

The meal features a welcome with a glass of bucks fizz, traditional roast turkey with the all the trimmings, or a mini Beef Wellington with red wine jus, or a vegetarian option of Quorn stroganoff with brandy and cream.

Dessert choices include a mini Christmas pudding, cooked to the Glamorgan Suite’s own secret recipe.

Prices start at £6 for a two-course lunch, or £7.50 for three courses and will be available on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday lunchtimes. A five-course dinner, costing £12.50, will be offered on Thursday evenings. All prices include tea and coffee.

The meals will be prepared and served by the College’s Hospitality & Catering learners in the fully licensed restaurant.
