ON Sunday, November 14, the Royal British Legion (Barry Branch) will be commemorating Armistice Day by holding a service of remembrance at Barry Memorial Hall Cenotaph, at 11am.

The Royal British Legion, along with other organisations will congregate at King Square, Barry, by 10am, ready to parade through the town centre, at 10.30am.

The parade will pause at the Merchant Navy Cenotaph, Civic Offices, to lay wreaths, and to remember the fallen.

The parade will then march onto the Cenotaph Barry Memorial Hall, also to lay wreaths and crosses. After the two minutes silence at 11am there will be a service inside the Memorial Hall, Barry.

Everyone is welcome to attend, and should any one require any crosses they can be obtained at the Cenotaph Memorial Hall, Barry.
