MOURNERS this week gathered at a Barry funeral home to pay their respects to Paul Michael Jones, who was fatally stabbed in Gibbonsdown last month.
The hearse, bearing the floral tribute 'Son Dad' on the coffin, arrived at Adams Funeral Home at 11am on Monday (September 7).
The 41-year-old father-of-two, who was known as Jonah, of Caradoc Avenue, was buried in the same grave as his father Philip at Barry Cemetery.
John Austin Chivers, 30, of Cardiff Road, Barry, has been charged with murdering Mr Jones at Columbus Close on August 3 and will appear at Cardiff Crown Court next month. He denies the murder charge.
