THIS is the terrifying moment an armed robber threatened staff at a convenience store with a knife.
The incident occurred at the Lifestyle Express store in Rock Road, St Athan, with the man making off with an amount of money.
Police have issued an appeal for witnesses in connection with the incident, which took place at 9.50pm on Good Friday.
Officers say the man was wearing a black balaclava, dark clothing and dark gloves.
He was also described as being a white man, with blue eyes and possibly wearing a pair of Vans trainers.
Police are specifically appealing for anyone who was at or near the Lifestyle Express store in Rock Road at this time, or who may have witnessed any suspicious activity or a man of this description, to contact them on 101 quoting reference number 1700141838.
