A NEW session will start at Age Connects Senior Health Shop to help older people with their foot care.
Good foot care is crucial in helping older people to stay active and independent.
The sessions will run fortnightly from 2pm to 4pm and have been organised by Age Connects Cardiff and Vale at the store at 38 Holton Road, Barry.
Appointments cost £12 and can be made by calling 029 2233 1113 or visit Nona Hexter in store for more information.
On Thursday mornings the Senior Health Shop will be holding an informal drop in session for people wanting to know more about getting online, emailing, using the internet/smart phones and more.
The Get Online Steering Group based in Barry will run a free digital support group from 10am until noon.
If you don't have a computer there will be one available to use during the session.
