VALE Voices will perform its annual concert in aid of the National Autistic Society on Friday, June 24, at 7pm in St Helen’s Church Barry.

Vale Voices is a community choir which meets every year for 12 weeks and this year’s varied programme includes Vivaldi, Leonard Cohen, Faure, the Beatles and excerpts from Les Mis.

The soloists will be the Parri flute and harp ensemble fresh from their success at the Urdd Eisteddfod.

On Monday, June 27, rehearsals will begin in earnest for the Cor Dysgwyr group competing in the National Eisteddfod at Abergavenny on Thursday, August 4. The group will perform one song and if you want to join in it’s not too late.
