MEMBERS of the Barry Youth Action Group took part in a bag packing and collection event and raised £446.57 at Barry Asda on Saturday, May 28.
The youngster were collecting donations to support the Showcasing the Youth event which will be staged at the eastern promenade, Barry Island, from 12pm on October 1.
The event will bring together all the youth organisations in Barry with information for the community.
