HOLTON Primary pupils bid farewell to four valued members of staff at the end of summer term.
Mrs Dally, Mrs Palmer and Mrs Ackerman retiring retired while Miss Evans leaves for another teaching post in Cardiff.
Holton Primary head teacher, Andrew Gilbert said: “The school wishes to pass on their thanks and gratitude to these staff for their dedication and commitment over the years whilst working at Holton.”
Holton Primary School’s Governing Body was also delighted to achieve the Quality Mark Bronze Award.
The award is a celebration of the success of the governing body and its role within the school and in raising standards.
The Bronze Award provides a benchmark against which governing bodies can assess their effectiveness.
