Pop along to the Senior Health Shop
AGE Connects Cardiff and Vale are holding a health topic session at the Senior Health Shop, Barry on Tuesday, June 2.
The sessions is for those who may be partially deaf and for their carers who are looking after someone who has a problem.
Practical and emotional support will be available from Action on Hearing Wales and will run from 10am until noon.
A qualified adviser from Action on Hearing will be available to talk about the condition and what aids are available, what support groups are in the area and any other issues you would like to discuss.
