TWO men were rescued from Bendrick Rock just after 7pm on Saturday, June 14 after they misjudged the tide.
Crew from the RNLI Barry Dock lifeboat and Barry Coastguard found the men, sat on top of the rock, and took them to Barry harbour.
The men, who were safe and well, were interviewed by the coastguard.
