Give up smoking through Barry Communities First

THE Vale-led Barry Communities First is offering free weekly giving-up smoking support sessions to help those who want to quit.
On this eight-week course, with the assistance of a qualified smoking advisor, you will be helped to develop coping mechanisms, find suitable nicotine replacements and provided with information on other useful tools and techniques.
This course runs every Wednesday between 3.45pm and 4.45pm at the People Centre, 3 Dunlin Court, Barry.
These sessions have already begun but attendees can start the course on a date of their choosing.
