Barry Communities First launches job cafe for young job seekers

THE Vale Council led Barry Communities First are launching a jobs cafe aimed at job seekers aged 20-24 who live in a Barry Communities First area to support them into gaining a paid Jobs Growth Wales work placement.

Starting January 10, 11am–1.30pm at the People Business Wales Centre, Holton Road, Barry

Support will be offered with CV writing, application forms, interview technique, confidence building and finding suitable opportunities, refreshments are also available.

Barry Communities First is a Welsh Government funded anti-poverty programme aimed at improving the health, prosperity and learning or residents that live in parts of Buttrills, Cadoc, Castleland, Court and Gibbonsdown.
