A ROUND-UP of recent cases heard at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court.

JAKE SHEAD, 25, of Regent Street Barry, was ordered to pay £199 in a fine, costs and a surcharge after he pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly at the Owain Glyndwr, Cardiff, on September 12.

JOSH WILDING, 32, of Afal Sur, Barry, was jailed for 10 weeks, suspended for 12 months, after he pleaded guilty to harassment between July 31 and August 13.

He must complete a 20-day rehabilitation activity requirement and was made the subject of a 12-month drug rehabilitation requirement.

Wilding was made the subject of a two-year restraining order and must pay £213 in costs and a surcharge.

BARRY TREWEEKS, 78, of Ashby Road, Sully, was ordered to pay £164 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for driving without a licence on the A48 Brocastle on December 8, 2020.

His driving licence was endorsed with six points.

ANDREW LLEWELLYN JIMSON, 41, of Dawan Close, Barry, was ordered to pay £816 in a fine, costs and a surcharge after he failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

His driving licence was endorsed with six points.

LEIGH LEWIS, 33, of Pant Y Celyn Place, St Athan, was ordered to pay £344 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for driving whilst not wearing an adult seat belt on April 7 on Cowbridge Road.
