A Penarth football team has completed the league and cup double.
Cogan Coronation U14s secured the Vale of Glamorgan Premiership U14 league title with a 5-1 win against Sully Sports.
They also won the Harry Gratton Memorial Cup by beating Barry Athletic U14 5-4 on penalties after a thrilling 2-2 draw.
"The atmosphere was electric at Jenner Park Stadium," according to team manager Dan Godfrey. George Connor and Lucas Williams scored for Cogan in normal time, and striker Huw Steele claimed the trophy-winning penalty.
Mr Godfrey said the team displayed 'exceptional skill and determination' for their 'well-deserved cup win.'
The team is coached by Andrew Williams and Noel Clawson.
