SAM Pasco, who is the immediate past captain of the Brynhill Golf Club Ladies' Section, spent much of her time as captain fundraising for the Alzheimer's Society charity.
Through various charity fund raising events, Sam raised £1800 in memory of her beloved mother Eileen Preen.
On Wednesday 9th October 2019 , Sam, her daughter Katie and niece Hannah presented the £1800 cheque to Cheryl George who is the local Alzheimer's Society representative.
Cheryl delivered a short but very informative talk which was greatly appreciated by all present.
Sam thanked all her family and friends and the Brynhill Ladies' Section for supporting the charity events and for their generous donations.
Jo Kirkpatrick , the Ladies' captain, thanked Sam for her commitment in raising this amount of money for such a worth while charity.
