SADLY, the 1994/95 season Sully Colts team coach Alan Bumford passed away recently.

A popular figure, he gave his charges a safe place to play and nurtured a lot of talent, leading his side to a cup final at Jenner Park.

His former players will be returning to Jenner Park as a Sully Colts Vets team to play in his memory and to support a local charity at the same time.

But the side still needs help to find some former school mates and players that played with them.

Al missing players would have attended Stanwell Comprehensive until at least 1996.

Some of the players that still need to be traced are Nathaniel Swain, Daniel Barnett, Wayne Driscol, Wayne Reynolds and Lee Gainey.

There may have been other fringe players and they are more than welcome to get involved.

The side are lucky enough to have DJ Chris Jones playing for them who also featured in the team.

The game will be played at Jenner Park on Saturday, July 13 against Gobaith Cymru FC

Gobaith are a charity team who help raise awareness and funds for transplant and mental health support through football. Please see gobaithcymrufc.wixsite.com/home for more information.

Please could missing players contact Steven Bateman on 07920 146009 or Facebook any of the players from the time.
