LOSING the toss, Sully Cricket Club were put into bat against Blaina at home on Saturday and it would prove a costly error by the away side.
Roshid (50) and newbie Russell Thomas (20) put on 65 for the opening wicket, before Saeed(17) came in with a few lusty blows.
Sandeep (56 not out) and Majinder (15) added 60 before Morgan (26) came in to support Sandeep adding a further 75 for the 5th wicket and after the allotted overs Sully had reached 239 for 5.
In response Blaina never really got going and wickets fell at a fair pace with Saeed taking 3, Majinder 2, with Tibn, Sathish, Roshid and Morgan taking one a piece leaving the away side all out on 135 and the Spartans won by 104 runs
