AFC Rhoose B maintained their 100% record as they inflicted the first defeat of Vale Madrid’s season, with a narrow 3-2 victory to remain top of Division Two.

Rhoose B having now won their opening four games.

Cadoxton Athletic went second with a 4-2 win over St Athan B while Barry Vikings secured their second successive win with a 2-1 victory away to Penarth Town B.

Barry Albion got their season back on track with a 4-2 win over Barry Athletic B.

In the Premier Division, Barry Athletic stay top and remain undefeated as they edged out Penarth Town 3-2, Athletic look the early favourites but AFC Rhoose must be contenders as they also stay unbeaten with a comprehensive 5-0 win over Barry Saints. Island Marine remain third and in the early mix as they saw off St Athan 5-3, who stay bottom.

While Sully Sports and Cowbridge Town played out a thrilling 3-3 draw.

In Division One, Cogan Coronation bounced back from two heavy defeats on the trot to hand Cardiff Airport their first loss of the season in a 3-2 win.

Holton Road stay top of the league coming back from two goals down in the final ten minutes to defeat Cadoxton Barry 3-2. Cadoxton Imps got back to winning ways with a 3-0 victory over bottom side Cwm Talwg while SP Billy picked up their first points seeing off Tynewydd 2-1.

This week it’s a full league fixture list and the match of the day has to be Cardiff Airport hosting Holton Road in Division One.
