TO say I and many other people are furious over the planning inspector’s decision to allow building on White Farm is an understatement.
Just what did the planning inspector base his judgment on? Does he live in Barry?
We already have a development being built on Port Road East, which is causing a traffic nightmare, and now we are to put up with an even bigger nightmare with this development.
There is a vast array of wildlife on this site.
The inspector has stated that the proposal compares well with other parts of Wales. How on earth can he make that sort of statement? We are totally different to other parts of Wales.
He doesn’t seem to have taken a slight bit of notice of the public’s views; this seems to be the norm of recent times.
These planning inspectors need to get out into the real world and see for themselves the damage that is done after their decisions.
