Barry Town supporters Club Chairman, Tim Johnson, celebrated his fiftieth birthday back in March and decided to mark the occasion by helping to raise money for the Whizz Kidz charity, which helps Barry Town supporter, Thomas Trickey.

Tim raised £350 as club mascot for an away match at Port Talbot Town on the weekend of his birthday.

The Whizz Kidz charity, the movement for non mobile children, was founded in 1990 in order to improve the lives of disabled children by providing them with specially adapted, tailor made wheelchairs, tricycles and walking aids in order to give the children the confidence, freedom and independence of movement that other children take for granted.
