ROOFTOP protester Ricky Canty is living with 'Flying Vet' Maurice Kirk in St Donats after a Cardiff court banned him from Barry.
The 59-year-old had been occupying the roof of a three-bedroom detached property in Raldan Close, Barry, for almost two-and-a-half years, before he was allegedly forced through a hole in the roof and beaten up by two men.
The former car salesman appeared before magistrates in Cardiff last Thursday charged with criminal damage to the house.
Two men, both aged 56, were released on police bail following their arrest on suspicion of assaulting Mr Canty and falsely imprisoning him.
Mr Canty will appear before magistrates on November 26.
Former vet, Mr Kirk, 63, was detained in the US in August after landing his aeroplane near George W Bush's ranch in a bid to thank the president for his rescue from shark-infested waters in the Caribbean.
