An air conditioning company has won an Employer of the Year award from Cardiff & Vale College.
Snap Services, based in Cardiff, received the honour at the 2024 Cardiff & Vale College Awards.
The company, in operation since 2015, has supported seven apprentices through the college and all are now employed within the company.
Director Nathan Kersley said: "To be recognised for giving back to the industry that we’re passionate about is so important to us, and this award truly does mean so much."
High value is placed on nurturing and developing talent and this is reflected in their dedicated workforce, all successful air conditioning engineers.
Mr Kersley adds: "We're a very close, tight-knit team and genuinely believe that we have some of the very best AC engineers in our industry who are the face of our company.
"This represents us exceptionally well at the site level, as they are always proactive and go the extra mile for our clients.
"We're very proud of our team and what we have built, but we are also always keen to keep adding talent to the company."
The company, formed by Mr Kersley and Peter Hopson, has gone from strength to strength since its inception.
Their approach and investment in apprentices have been recognised by Cardiff & Vale College.
The college said: "Snap Services has gone from strength to strength since 2015.
"During this time, Nathan and Peter employed seven apprentices, all of whom are still with the company and excelling in their roles.
"Snap Services believes in giving back and they see this as their way to encourage future generations of engineers.
"They work closely with and have an excellent working relationship with the college and the work based learning team.
"It is a pleasure to be working closely with Snap Services."
