Ty Hafan plans to mark its 25th anniversary with a black-tie gala dinner at the Mercure Holland House on St David's Day.

The Children’s Hospice Charity has been helping families with children who have life-shortening conditions since 1998.

To celebrate 25 years in operation the charity is hosting an anniversary dinner at the Mercure Hotel in Cardiff which will be hosted by journalist and presenter Sian Lloyd.’

Rachel Ritter, head of fundraising corporate, community and major giving, said: “This black-tie event will be a wonderful opportunity to come together to mark 25 years of Ty Hafan as well as to discuss our future. 

“Hosted by journalist Sian Lloyd, all proceeds from what we hope will be an enjoyable and inspirational evening will help Tŷ Hafan to continue to provide vital care and support for children with life-shortening conditions and their families in Wales.

The Gala dinner will take place on March 1 and includes a drinks reception on arrival, a three-course meal and entertainment with a maximum of ten people per table with a £1,000 table fee.
