A PUB landlord has been found guilty of harassing a woman by bombarding her with unwanted messages and videos he sent her via Facebook and TikTok.
Gareth Slattery, 53, who owns the Butterfly Collector on Barry’s Holton Road, was convicted following a trial at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court.
He had denied a single count of harassment between August 22, 2021 and September 8, 2021.
The court heard how Slattery had also harassed his victim by going to her home and workplace and leaving her unwanted voice messages and sending her emails.
His case was adjourned for a pre-sentence report.
Slattery, of St Andrew’s Road, Barry, is due to be sentenced at Merthyr Tydfil Crown Court on August 16.
The defendant was granted conditional bail and ordered not to contact his victim.
