A BARRY food venue has gained national recognition – earning a finalist spot in The Welsh Asian Food Awards.

Royal Balti Barry, in Vere Street in Cadoxton, has been shortlisted for ‘Indian takeaway of the year’ in The Welsh Asian Food Awards 2022.

The venue offers food for collection and delivery and, earlier this year, our readers voted it as one of the best takeaways in Barry. You can read more on that here.

Previously, Royal Balti Barry won an award at the Welsh Takeaway Awards 2019, with the full story available here. The eatery also won ‘Indian takeaway of the year’ at the inaugural The Welsh Asian Food Awards in 2019.
