More than 140 homes in the Vale of Glamorgan are without power as Storm Eunice hits Wales.
82 homes in Cowbridge are without power in the CF71 postcode area and a further 68 in the CF61 and CF71 areas near Llantwit Major.
Western Power are working to restore the power and are expecting it to return by 5pm in Cowbridge and by 6pm near Llantwit Major.
Western Power has said that they are working hard to restore power supplies in ‘difficult conditions’ and cited winds of 86mph in Swansea as the highest.

Operations director Graham Halladay said: “I’d like to thank our customers for their patience and understanding. Please be assured we are putting in every effort to restore power to you. While properties remain without power, we’ll continue to respond to incidents and restore supplies as quickly as safely possible.
“I’d also like to thank our staff for their unwavering efforts to restore power to our customers. We are very grateful.
“Remember, if you spot damage to our equipment or spot electricity poles or power lines that are down, please stay clear of them, keep others away while remaining safe yourself and call 105 immediately.”
