Property Solvers tracked the average sold price data from HM Land Registry from 2016. They only took into account streets that had three or more sales to ‘keep the data less skewed’.

Co-founder of Property Solvers, Ruban Selvanayagam, said: “It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Llancarfan (CF62) sold for £800,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £71,500 and under on Hathaway Place (CF63), High Street (CF62) and Weston Court, Holton Road (CF63).”
