PUBLIC Health Wales has reported 1,635 new cases of Covid – but no deaths.

According to the latest data from Public Health Wales there have been no newly reported Covid-related deaths, with their death toll – throughout the entire Covid pandemic – remaining at 6,823, including 19 residents outside of Wales.

The latest Public Health Wales statistics includes 1,635 newly reported cases of Covid – with 1,585 in Wales and 50 for residents outside Wales.

Of the newly reported cases, according to Public Health Wales, 57 were reported in the Vale of Glamorgan and 193 in Cardiff.

Cardiff has the highest number of newly reported cases of Covid across Wales, based on this data, while the fewest newly reported cases in Wales are in Ceredigion at 17.
