THE Vale of Glamorgan has recorded a more than 350 new cases of Covid according to the latest data from Public Health Wales.
There are 357 new cases in the Vale, which is a sharp decrease from yesterday's figures which recorded 700 new cases - though that number was recorded over two days.
Nearby Cardiff has recorded 827 new cases which is the second highest amount in Wales.
Wales has recorded 10,393 new cases including residents outside of Wales.
The case rate for the Vale of Glamorgan is 267.2 cases per 100,000 people, which is lower than the Welsh average which is 289.4.
Similarly, Cardiff's case rate is lower than the Welsh average and stands at 225.4 despite the large amount of cases.

There have been 11 more deaths in Wales, but no more in the Cardiff and Vale University Health Board area.
The death toll for Wales is 6,567 and the toll for the Vale and Cardiff is 894
