A ROUND-UP of recent cases heard at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court.

KEVIN CHARLES DAVIES, 32, of Llys Llechwedd Jenner, Barry, was conditionally discharged for 12 months after he admitted harassment between September 22 and October 3.

STEVIE LEIGH STIMSON, 27, of Glyndwr Road, Barry, was conditionally discharged for 12 months after she pleaded guilty to criminal damage on September 12.

BENJAMIN MITCHELL GOODALL, 36, of Neptune Road, Barry, was ordered to pay £635 in a fine, costs and a surcharge after he pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified on the M4 in Cardiff between Junction 29 and Junction 28 on November 2.

ADAM GEISHEIMER, 48, of Broad Street, Barry, was ordered to pay £224 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for driving while using a hand-held mobile telephone on Grand Avenue, Cardiff, on June 21.

SAMANTHA YEWLETT, 39, of Rhodfa’r Mor, Rhoose, was banned from driving for six months for driving without insurance on the A4119 in Miskin on September 6.

She was ordered to pay £816 in a fine, costs and a surcharge.

ANTHONY WILLIAM COOKE, aged 43, of Maes Y Cwm Street, Barry, was ordered to pay £816 in a fine, costs and a surcharge after he failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

SHEHZAD AHMED SIDDIQUE, 47, of Station Road West, Wenvoe, was jailed for four months, suspended for 12 months, after he admitted having a Stanley knife in public outside the Londis store in Barry and possession of Valium on October 22.

He was ordered to complete a 30-day rehabilitation activity requirement and pay £213 in costs and a surcharge.

NARD COBANI, 38, of The Byeway, East Sheen, London, was ordered to pay £199 in a fine, costs and a surcharge after he admitted criminal damage at Fontygary Road, Rhoose, on July 19.
