A DRIVER caught speeding at 91mph on the M4 has been fined £393.
Marcus Benjamin Kingsleigh Reid, 22, of Millwood Rise, Barry, was clocked travelling 21mph over the limit in a 70mph zone.
He was travelling between Junction 19 and 20 westbound in Gloucestershire on May 5, 2020, Cardiff Magistrates’ Court was told.
Reid’s driving licence was endorsed with four points.
