A DRIVER caught speeding at nearly 100mph on the motorway has been ordered to pay £374.
Jacob Brown, 21, of Coldbrook Road East, Barry, was clocked doing 99mph in a 70mph zone at the wheel of a BMW 420d on the M4 in Newport.

The offence took place between Junction 23a and Junction 24 westbound on November 1, 2020.
At Newport Magistrates’ Court, he was fined £250 and he must hand over £90 costs and a £34 surcharge.
Brown’s driving record was endorsed with six points.
